Terms and Conditions
Personal Blueprint Ltd Last updated: 8 October 2026
These terms are a contract between you and us. Read them before you buy. By paying, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Personal Blueprint Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
| Company number | 17016008 |
| Registered office | 6-9 Bridgewater Square, London, EC2Y 8AG, United Kingdom |
| Website | personalblueprint.net |
| Contact | contact@personalblueprint.net |
"We", "us" and "our" mean Personal Blueprint Ltd. "You" means the person buying.
2. What you are buying
One purchase gives you a 100-question assessment and everything it produces:
- a Personal Analysis of roughly 36 pages, written from your own scores
- a Strategy Blueprint of roughly 90 pages, a plan built on those same scores
- a printable pack of 12 sheets, made to be printed
Every page is generated from your answers. Nothing in your documents was written for anyone else, and page counts vary slightly depending on your results.
What we do with your answers is set out in our Privacy Policy. The short version: nobody reads them, and we never sell or share them.
3. What this is not
This is not a clinical, medical, psychiatric or diagnostic service, and it is not therapy.
The assessment is a self-report questionnaire. It measures five personality dimensions adapted from widely used personality research, and five further traits (Focus, Discipline, Execution, Resilience and Planning) which are original to Personal Blueprint. Our five traits are our own work. They have not been peer-reviewed, clinically validated, or tested against any diagnostic standard, and we do not claim they have been.
Your documents describe patterns your answers point to. They do not diagnose anything, they are not a professional opinion, and they are not a substitute for advice from a doctor, therapist, counsellor or any other qualified professional. Nothing in them should be used to make a medical, psychological, legal or financial decision.
If you are struggling with your mental health, please speak to a professional rather than relying on this. In the UK, your GP or NHS 111 is a place to start. In an emergency, call 999.
4. The results depend on your answers
The assessment reads what you tell it. Answer carelessly, or answer as the person you would like to be, and the documents will describe that person rather than you. We cannot detect this and we do not refund for it.
Your scores are calculated once, at your hundredth answer, and they do not change afterwards. If you want a different result, you would need to buy and sit the assessment again.
5. You must be 16 or over
By buying, you confirm you are at least 16 years old. We do not knowingly sell to anyone younger, and if we learn that we have, we will delete everything and refund the purchase.
If you are 16 or 17, read this bit. You are welcome here, and the assessment does not change for you. Two things are worth knowing. First, the card is probably not yours. Ask the person it belongs to before you use it, because a payment they did not expect gets reversed and helps nobody. Second, the documents are written for an adult reader and they do not soften anything. They describe patterns your answers point to, at a stage of life when a lot about you is still moving. Read them as a snapshot of now, not a sentence passed on who you are going to be.
6. Price and payment
The price is 36.90 in your own currency: £36.90 in the United Kingdom, €36.90 in the eurozone, $36.90 in the United States, and €36.90 elsewhere. The price shown at checkout includes any tax due. There is nothing added at the end.
Payment is taken by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. The price shown to you at checkout is the price you pay; if it ever differs from a price shown elsewhere on our site, the checkout price is the one that counts, and you can simply not complete the purchase.
7. Immediate delivery, and what that means for cancelling
Your assessment opens the moment you pay. That is the point of the product.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you would normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase. Because this is digital content delivered immediately, we ask you to agree at checkout that delivery starts straight away and that you lose that 14-day cancellation right once your documents have been generated. You tick that box yourself, before paying, and we record the moment you did.
If you would rather keep the 14-day right, do not tick the box and do not complete the purchase.
This does not touch your statutory rights if something is wrong with the product. See our Refund Policy.
8. Your access
When you pay, we create a private link for you. It is the only key to your assessment and your documents, it is in your email, and it does not expire.
- Keep that email. Anyone who has the link can open your documents.
- You can stop the questionnaire and come back; every answer is saved as you give it.
- If you lose the link, email us and we will send it again to the address you bought with.
- If we improve the content of the documents, we may rebuild yours at the same link. Your scores are never recalculated.
We may need to take the service down occasionally for maintenance. We will keep it short.
9. What you may do with your documents, and what you may not
Your documents are yours. Read them, print them, keep them, write on them, show them to your coach, your therapist or your mother.
You may not: resell them, publish them, redistribute them, share your access link publicly, or use the content of our documents (the writing, the structure, the trait definitions, the scoring) to build or train a competing product or service.
The assessment, the scoring system, the five Self-Mastery traits, the written content library and the design of the documents remain our intellectual property. Buying a Personal Blueprint buys you your report, not the machine that made it.
10. What we do not promise
We do not promise that reading your documents will change your life, your income, your relationships or your habits. What you do after reading is yours.
We provide the product as described. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, though we will fix what breaks.
11. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by anything written here.
Subject to that: our total liability to you, for anything arising out of your purchase, is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you take after reading your documents.
12. If we have to end it
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms. In practice, that means if you share or resell the documents, or attempt to attack, scrape or interfere with the service. We will tell you why.
13. Changes
We may change these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you bought. Changes do not apply backwards.
14. Complaints
Email contact@personalblueprint.net and we will reply. If we cannot resolve it between us, consumers in the UK can seek advice from Citizens Advice; consumers in the EU can contact their national consumer protection body.
15. If part of this is unenforceable
If a court decides that any part of these terms cannot be enforced, that part is removed and the rest stands. Nothing is affected except the part removed.
16. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings there.

Refund Policy
Personal Blueprint Ltd Last updated: 8 October 2026
The short version
We do not refund change of mind. Your assessment opens the second you pay and your documents are built from your own answers. They cannot be returned, unsold or unread.
We do refund when the product fails. If it does not reach you, does not work, or is not what we described, you get your money back in full. That is the law and we would do it anyway.
1. Why there is no change-of-mind refund
This is digital content delivered immediately. Before you pay, you tick a box confirming two things: that you want your assessment to start straight away, and that you understand this means giving up the 14-day cancellation right the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 would otherwise give you.
You tick it yourself, before paying, and we record the moment you did. If you would rather keep the 14-day right, do not tick the box and do not buy.
Once your documents have been generated, they are yours and the sale is final.
2. When we do refund, in full
Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by anything above, and we will refund you without argument if:
- your documents never arrived, because the generation failed, or the email never reached you and we cannot fix it
- your documents are broken: missing pages, corrupted files, or a report that will not open
- you were charged twice for the same purchase
- the product is not as described on our site
- you were under 16 when you bought
In those cases you get the whole amount back, not a part of it.
3. What is not a fault
- You answered the questions as the person you would like to be, and the report describes that person. The assessment reads what you tell it.
- You disagree with your results. The documents report what your answers point to, not a verdict, and disagreeing with them is a legitimate reaction rather than a defect.
- You did not read them.
- You read them and your life did not change. We promise you an honest mirror and a plan. We do not promise outcomes, and we never have.
4. How to ask
Email contact@personalblueprint.net from the address you bought with. Tell us what went wrong. You do not need a form, an order number or a reason beyond the facts.
We reply within 3 working days. If a refund is due, we send it to the original payment method within 14 days of agreeing it, usually much faster. Your bank then takes however long your bank takes, typically 5 to 10 days.
5. Before you dispute a charge
If something is wrong, email us first. We will almost certainly sort it faster than your bank will, and a dispute freezes the money for weeks while it is investigated. We would rather fix it.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing on this page reduces your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, or, if you live in the EU, the consumer law of your own country. Where those rights conflict with anything written here, those rights win.
